3. How We Use Your Data
- Fulfilling ClaveShard orders and verifying eligibility
- Maintaining server security and enforcing community rules
- Communicating important Dominion updates and events
- Displaying donor names in the Hall of Supporters (only with consent)
- Improving AEGIS AI responses for the community
4. Data Retention
Order records are retained for 90 days. Server logs are purged after 30 days. Discord authentication tokens are session-only. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Third Parties
We use Nitrado for server hosting, Supabase for database infrastructure, and Discord OAuth for authentication. We do not sell your data to any third party.
6. Your Rights
- Right to access your personal data

- Right to object to non-essential processing
