TheConclave Dominion ("TheConclave", "we", "us") is a gaming community operating game servers, a website, community tools and events. By accessing theconclavedominion.com, joining our game servers, our Discord, or using any Conclave service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. Our services are not directed at children under 13.
These Terms branch across everything we run. Each service below also has its own specific rules in the sections that follow:
We may add, change, pause or retire any service, feature, map, rate or event at any time. Game wipes, resets, rebalances and migrations are a normal part of running a cluster.
Some features require an account (email + password) or Discord sign-in. You are responsible for your account's security and for everything done under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Certain areas (staff portal, curation chamber, admin tooling) are gated by invite codes issued by the Owners. Codes are personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time. Attempting to use another person's code, guess codes, or access gated areas without authorisation is prohibited.
Staff roles (Owner, Lead Curator, Admin) are volunteer positions granted and removed at the Owners' discretion. Staff access to member data is limited to what their duties require and is covered by the Privacy Policy.
One code applies across the game servers, Discord, website and events. Do not:
Server-specific rules posted in Discord or on the relevant page are part of these Terms.
Our servers run third-party games — ARK: Survival Ascended (Studio Wildcard) and Palworld (Pocketpair). You must own the game and comply with its publisher's EULA in addition to these Terms. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Studio Wildcard, Pocketpair, Microsoft, Sony, or Nitrado.
ClaveShards and shop items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They are a licence, not property:
Where a shop purchase involves real payment, it is processed by a third-party processor (e.g. Stripe, Patreon); their terms also apply. Charging back a payment while keeping the goods may result in a ban.
Donations (CashApp, Chime, Nitrado donation page) and Patreon subscriptions fund server costs and development. Unless a specific perk is stated (e.g. supporter role, exclusive map access), donations are voluntary contributions, not purchases, and are non-refundable. Perks are delivered as described at the time of contribution and may evolve; lapsed subscriptions lose ongoing perks. We do not sell gameplay advantage on PvP-fair systems.
You keep ownership of content you submit — art in Sandy's Galla, listings in the World Connect Hub, screenshots, clips, messages ("Your Content").
By submitting, you grant TheConclave a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize, and feature Your Content across Conclave services — including the website galleries, the homepage and page showcase reels, event streams and our Discord — with credit where practical. This licence exists so we can actually run the gallery and showcase community work; it ends for a given item when you delete it or ask us to remove it (allowing a reasonable time for caches).
AEGIS is an AI assistant built on Anthropic's Claude models. By using it you acknowledge:
The Hub lets communities and creators list, advertise and collaborate. Listings must be accurate, lawful and yours to make. We may edit or remove listings and are not a party to arrangements made between communities. Partner placements (e.g. Nitrado) are commercial relationships; affiliate links are marked as such and may earn us a commission at no cost to you.
The Conclave name, TCD emblem, site design, custom components, AEGIS persona, lore, and original media are ours. Game assets belong to their publishers. You may share screenshots and clips of your play on our servers (and we encourage it) — but do not use our brand to imply endorsement, run lookalike services, or resell our content.
We may warn, mute, kick, rollback, wipe, suspend or permanently ban any account or player, on any service, where we reasonably believe these Terms were breached — including conduct on Discord affecting the community. Severe cases (cheating, hate, harassment, RMT, chargebacks) skip warnings. Appeals go through the Discord ticket system and are decided by the Owners; their decision is final. You may stop using the services at any time; Sections 6–8, 11 and 13 survive.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free software, or preservation of game data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheConclave, its Owners and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, progress, virtual items or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US$50 or the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; where prohibited, they apply to the maximum extent permitted. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the Dominion grows. Material changes will be announced on Discord and the effective date above will change. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.
