Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing theconclavedominion.com, joining any Dominion game server, or purchasing Clave Shards, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Community Conduct

All members must uphold the Dominion Codex. Prohibited behaviors include:

Cheating, exploiting, hacking, or unauthorized modifications on any server
Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse toward any member
Impersonating Council members, staff, or other players
Sharing another member's personal information without consent
Advertising competing communities without prior Council approval

3. ClaveShard Purchases

ClaveShard currency has no real-world monetary value. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Delivery is completed within 24–72 hours by a Council member. The Dominion reserves the right to withhold shards from accounts in violation of these Terms.

4. Donations

All donations are voluntary contributions toward operating costs. Donations are non-refundable and do not constitute a purchase of goods or services. Donor perks may be revoked for Terms violations.

5. Bans and Enforcement

The Council reserves the right to ban any account at any time for violations of these Terms. Bans may be appealed via Discord. Permanent bans will be issued for cheating, doxxing, or severe harassment. No refunds will be issued to banned accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All Dominion branding, lore, and written content belong to TheConclave Dominion. Underlying game titles are property of their respective developers.

7. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or server availability. We are not liable for data loss or damages arising from use of our services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in Discord. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
